The android market space is under attack. An undetermined number of its applications have been modified by hackers to capture unsuspecting users personal data for unknown nefarious purpose. So where is Google or the phone carriers? Who has taken the lead to address this problem? I haven't heard one word from anyone on weather or not my phone is infected. Nothing about how to check for infected or a fix.
With a potentially infected phone, do you want to login to your bank, credit card, facebook, or any accounts. Who now knows all your contacts or monitors your messaging? Who has invaded your phone life?
I for one have turned my android phone off, its just to risky.
The android community is just screwed… so where is Google?
